It’s nearing the end of the week and you may be feeling like you need an energy boost to push through and finish strong!
I am constantly looking for foods that bring focus and nothing is easier than raw juice.
I always try to add a healthy fat like coconut butter to my juice because the more fat, the slower the sugars (carbohydrates) are digested, and the lower the glycemic index.
My favorite morning juice cocktail recipe.
Raw Energy Juice Boost
1 Beet
4-6 organic carrots
2-3 stalks of organic celery
1/2 grapefruit
1 small piece of ginger
Coconut butter, shaved
Juice all the ingredients, stir, and top with shaved coconut butter. Drink up.
Immediate energy burst to follow;)
Now that you are awake and bright eyed… go get em tiger!
