Beyond that, these happy balls just make Fall fun!
Ingredients
10 pitted medjool dates
1 ½ cup Beyond Organic Pulse (Live Sprouted Seed Clusters)- If you don’t have any you can use a mixture of RAW pecans, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts.
½ cup organic pumpkin puree- canned
1.5 scoop Raw protein powder- I use Vega Vanilla Chai.
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
2 pinches of sea salt
1 T Xylitol (my fave but coconut sugar will also work)

*Optional- 1 T cacao nibs & 1 tsp Maca powder. This isn’t necessary but if you have them, use them. I am an EXTREME fan of superfoods so I tend to stay stocked.
Instructions
Grind pulse, seeds, or nut mixture in food processor until they are in powder form. Add dates next and process.
Add spices, vanilla, and pumpkin puree and process to combine.
Transfer mix into large bowl.
Using a spoon, stir in raw protein powder, xylitol, and maca powder & cacao nibs if you have them.
Grab a Tablespoon of the mix at a time and roll into balls using your hands. It will be gooey so that is normal.. You may have to play with it and add more powder. It helps to roll them in coconut or carob powder and they will harden a little in the fridge.
Pop one (or three) in your mouth and put the rest in the fridge.
Go play in the leaves, and by the time you come back inside they will be waiting for you… if your husband or kids don’t get to them first;)
