Ingredients
1-2 bananas
1/2 cup Raw Peanut/Almond butter
2 T unsweetened raw cocoa powder
1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 heaping scoop raw protein powder (Perfect Fit Protein and Vega are my favorites)
2 T Chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 T raw honey or Stevia
1 T coconut oil
Handful of Unsulphured, unsweetened dried cherries or dates.
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl except for oats. Mash together, then add to mini food processor if you have one. Put back in the bowl and add oats with hands. Roll into balls and place on plate in fridge. Ready in 15 minutes!
This is a yummy after workout snack and a total man pleaser snack:)
If you don’t have every ingredient, that’s ok… be creative! I switch it up every time.
To make it sweeter just add more honey, stevia, or natural sweetener.
