One of my childhood besties gave me this recipe a couple years ago and I have been obsessed ever since… Thank you my dear friend Lisa Zukowsky <3
On cold winter weekends nights in Connecticut I prefer to stay snuggled up inside and put my Apple TV to use:) On occasion, my husband will go play poker with the guys and I choose to enjoy a quiet night in by myself. We all know chocolate is a girl’s best friend.
Fudge and Apple TV go great together, try it!
I’m forever thankful to know a fudge recipe this amazing that is better for me to indulge in than not to!!
Leaky Gut issue?
Not only is this fudge melt in your mouth delicious it is loaded with one of my favorite superfoods… Coconut oil. All coconut products are especially good for healing your gut.
Coconut Oil is loaded with a source of fuel for your cells and inhibits the growth of viruses and yeast. It helps regulate the bad bacteria and support the good bacteria, all while helping to reduce inflammation and leaky gut.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup of raw unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of coconut/palm sugar paste or you can use 1/4 cup raw honey. I used honey this time but only use a 1/4 cup honey because it’s sweeter.
Add a little organic stevia powder to taste if you want.
dash of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Lightly warm coconut oil on the stove top until it is mostly melted (the coconut oil should be room temperature, not hot. This will protect it’s raw benefits).
Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients until combined.
Place plastic wrap in a small pan to cover the bottom and sides of the pan.
Pour fudge into pan. (1/2 inch thick, if the pan is too big, fold the plastic wrap over the top and lightly press to even out)
Place in the freezer or refrigerator until it has set up.
In the freezer it only takes about 20- to 30 minutes depending on your craving:)
Cut into small squares and enjoy!
