Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 chopped roma tomato
1/2 cup diced shallots
juice of 1/2 a lime
1 Tbs chopped jalapeño (no seeds)
1 drop cilantro essential oil or 1 tsp chopped cilantro
sea salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
- Mash avocados in a bowl.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Stir and serve… touchdown baby!
