Ingredients
1 package of organic free range boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Organic Chicken Broth Low Sodium
1/2 cup Suero Gold (if you don’t have any, use more chicken broth)
1/2 cup organic Teriyaki sauce- 365 Brand from Whole Foods
1/3 cup organic coconut sugar
3 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
sea salt to taste
1/2 Tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Amino if you have it.
4+ Tablespoons organic corn starch.

Directions
1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
2. In a medium bowl combine chicken broth, Suero, teriyaki sauce, coconut sugar, garlic cloves, pepper, ginger, and Bragg’s
3. Pour over chicken and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
4. Remove chicken from slow cooker, chop into cubes, and set aside.
5. Pour cooking liquid into a skillet and bring to a boil.
6. In a small bowl whisk cornstarch with a little water until combined.
7. Slowly add cornstarch mixture to boiling liquid and reduce to a simmer. Allow sauce to thicken for 3-5 minutes then toss the chicken back in. (You may need to add more cornstarch to thicken the sauce)
8. Coat chicken with sauce and let heat through.
9. Serve over hot cooked brown rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
